Hello, I am Michelle Holloway, CPA. I graduated from Georgia Southern College in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting. I have been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988. I am also a Certified Forensic Accountant and Certified Forensic Consultant.
I worked for other CPA firms since 1984. I established my own practice in 1990.
My parents, Myra and Wayne Fordham, have had a tax practice since 1977. I worked with them from the age of 14. My full time staff consists of Kathy Beasley, Office Manager,employed here for 14 years and Debra Dowd, Staff Accountant, employed here for 8 years. This year my sister in law, Dana Fordham, joined the firm. She has been training all year with tax courses and is actively pursuing her Enrolled Agent status. I have a seasonal employees from Georgia Southern University and the local technical colleges.
I have been married to Jerry Holloway since 1987. We have two boys, Michael, 19, and Eli, 13. I am a member of New Life Baptist Church as well as the Metter-Candler Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American College of Forensic Examiners.

We also handle all filing requirements of payroll including tax deposits, quarterly reports and year end reports, Forensic accounting services including fraud investigations and litigation support, Computer advisory services. I assist in choosing the right accounting program for your business and help in the setup. I also help troubleshoot problems with the program or computer.
Preparation of Financial Statements ranging from personal to compilations and reviews is another service we provide. I specialize in the area of Construction. I also service many small businesses and motels. Revenues for the companies I prepare statements for range from $1,000 - $14,000,000. I have experience with small and large companies.
